ORDER PROCESSING:

Usually your order will be processed in 1-2 working days.
Some of out products are made to order so please allow 1-5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING:
Orders normally ship using Correos (Spanish postal services) with tracking. 
When the shipment reaches its destination, the person who receives it must sign for it. If delivery cannot be made, we will leave a notification in the their mailbox stating the Post Office where it can be collected within 15 days.

Zone 2 International: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

At this time, we do not ship to countries not listed.

Extra shipping time might be added due to delays with customs clearance. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ja Bakke Service (www.jabnordic.com) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@jabnordic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Responsibility for Non-Delivery:
For non-EU international orders. If a package isn't delivered due to the recipient's absence, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer is typically responsible for the associated costs, shipping cost, return shipping, customs fees and costs. These cost will be deducted from your refund.
